Merry Christmas to you From Busy B Farm..
As we sit by the fire watching the snow drift down to cover our exquisite North Idaho landscape, our thoughts wander to the past year and all of our blessings. We are so thankful and pray that your homes are filled with all of the Peace, Love and Joy that the season has to offer. Merry Christmas 2016. The first touch of snow kissed the ground yesterday morning, and it's beginning to look a lot like Christmas. With the wood stove burning and ojr shelves lines with Christmas in the woods, Fireside Christmas, and Gifts of the Magi soaps, our little farm house is overflowing with winter cheer. We pray that all of our customers and their families feel the spirit of Christmas enter into their homes this Holiday season...

Fall Is In the air and in North Idaho the colors on the tress and mountains seem extra brilliant this year. The barn is filling with winter hay and the does are fuzzy with their coats ready for winter. Our shelves are filled with warm, spicy scents for the upcoming Holidays. Fireside Christmas, pumpkin spice, Christmas in the woods and Gifts of the Magi are curing and will be ready to wrap for sale next week. If the weather allows, we will be bringing two of our late spring kids to visit w our customers This will also be our last outdoor show for the year; and we're celebrating by offering a free small lotion for everyone who spends $30 or more.

Congratulations to Summer Rain, the youngest of our little Toggenburg doelings. Just barely home from the Mother Earth News show in Oregon, it was off again to an ADGA dairy goat show in Spokane, Wa. Happy as a lark since there were lots of cuddles and scratches involved, little Rain managed to score herself a Reserve Grand Champion ribbon for the Jr Toggenburg show Way To Go!

almost 4 hours in traffic delay and still crawling along. Eos and Rain are blissfully unaware, sleeping contentedly. Life is good as long as there's milk Prayers to the train crew and the families of the people operating the derailed oil train.

Congratulations to Misty's new family on acquiring a lovely new milk doe. While we will miss her, we are excited that she found such a great new home.
So proud of all of our girls, dhia results are in, everyone is milking above average in cream( the lipids for great skin care) and at or above average for protein content The weather is warming up and the grass is growing life in North Idaho is good..
Lambing season has officially begun. We welcomed a lovely little ram lamb out of Princess, our 4 year old Suffolk Cross ewe. The little lamb is all legs, and healthy as can be. Will post photos later.
